We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals from Fiji who are ready to join the Ground handling industry in Japan — working in ground handling, cargo operations, and cabin cleaning at international airports.
With full support from our team, including Japanese language training, skills preparation, and visa assistance, we will help you every step of the way.
- Job Roles in Japan: Ground handling, cargo operations, and cabin cleaning under “Specified Skilled Worker” residence status
- Monthly Salary in Japan: Approximately 3,000 FJD (including benefits)
- Employment Duration: Renewable yearly contracts, maximum 5 years
- Expected Work Start Date in Japan: December 2026 (depends on visa approval)
- Number of planned employments in Japan: 30
Application Requirements:
- Completion of Year 13 or University Foundation equivalent (must be 18 to 34 years old )
- Holder of a full driver’s license (must be eligible for international license upon arrival in Japan)
- No visible tattoos (those hidden by short sleeves are acceptable; tattoos on hands or fingers are not allowed regardless of size)
- Physically fitness – successful applicants will be required to undergo medical examination for health clearance as required by Japanese immigration authorities
- No criminal record
- Understanding of Japanese culture and willingness to contribute to both Fijian and Japanese society with pride as a Fijian
- Willingness to participate in the 9-month Japanese language and skills training program and strive to pass the required exams
- Able to pay the participation fee of 2,000 FJD for the Japanese language and skills training by the deadline specified
Japanese Language Training Program Details:
- Training Period: October 13, 2025 to July 31, 2026 (Weekdays 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM)
- Location: Votualevu, Nadi – Classes conducted online and in-person attendance required
- Number of recruiting candidates of this course: Maximum 30
- Training Fee: 2,000 FJD This fee must be paid by the deadline specified
Program Summary:
This program prepares you to work in Japan under Specified Skilled Worker residence status. Here’s the process:
- Complete the training program – Japanese language and airport ground handling skills
- Pass required exams – Japanese Language Test (daily conversation level) and Airport Ground Handling skills test
- Attend company interviews – meet with Japanese employers who want to hire
- If hired – our school provides full support with visa acquisition
- Begin work in Japan – start your employment at Narita or other Japanese airports
Examination details will be announced during the course. Only candidates who pass both exams and are successfully hired will be able to work in Japan.
Their fees will be charged separately and are not yet finalized.
